About Us We're a boutique procurement and accounts payable automation consulting firm. We help mid-market and enterprise finance teams get more out of their procurement and AP technology - from initial implementation through ongoing managed services, optimization, and integrations. We've grown quickly, and demand keeps outpacing what our core team can deliver without stretching thin. Rather than burying our existing consultants when work spikes, we're building a bench of trusted, vetted contractors we can call on for overflow, specialized, or project-based work - so our full-timers stay focused on the highest-value work and clients never feel the strain of our growth. This post is intentionally broad: we're looking to identify strong contractors across several skill areas so we have the right person ready when the right project comes up. You won't be expected to cover all of these - tell us where you're strongest. What We're Looking For We're building relationships with contractors who have hands-on experience in one or more of the following: - Procurement / P2P Platforms - Coupa, SAP Ariba, SAP MM/S4HANA procurement, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Workday, or similar. -Functional configuration, workflow design, optimization and health-check work, admin/support - AI-Based Invoice & Document Intelligence - tools like Rossum or comparable platforms - implementation, queue/extraction configuration, integration with upstream procurement or ERP systems - ERP Systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) consulting, configuration, and integration work, particularly where it connects to procurement/AP systems - AP / Procurement Managed Services: ongoing support for live client environments: invoice exceptions, supplier management, expense/payment troubleshooting, reporting - Project Management: coordinating implementation timelines, client communication, and cross-functional delivery for procurement/ERP projects - Systems Integration: building and troubleshooting integrations between procurement, ERP, and payment platforms What Makes a Good Fit - Direct, hands-on experience with one or more procurement, AP automation, or ERP platforms, Coupa, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Rossum, or comparable tools (in-house practitioner experience is a strong plus) - Comfortable working directly with client stakeholders, not just behind the scenes - Able to scope your own time accurately and communicate proactively, we run lean, so clear communication matters more than constant oversight - Available during U.S. business hours - Reliable and responsive How This Works - This is a bench-building post, not a single-project hire. We're building a pool of qualified contractors to draw from as client work comes in. - As work becomes available, contracts will be sent via Upwork for specific project work - you won't be engaged continuously off this single post, but rather brought in project-by-project as fitting opportunities arise. - Engagements vary - some are short, defined projects; others are ongoing part-time support on a recurring client account. - Rates are commensurate with experience and scope, and we're happy to discuss engagement structure (hourly, project-based, or retainer) once we understand your background. - Strong performers on early, smaller engagements are the first ones we turn to as larger and longer-term opportunities open up.
