Procurement & Sourcing for UK Residential Interior Project

We are looking for an experienced procurement/sourcing professional to help us procure an existing residential interior design scheme in the UK The design is already established, so we are not looking for further design work. The scope includes furniture, lighting, rugs, curtains/window treatments, upholstery, decorative accessories and other FF&E items, together with coordination of the associated joinery where required. Stage 1 – Sourcing & Cost Review Review the existing presentation material, identify suppliers/sources, prepare a clear procurement schedule, obtain/reconfirm pricing and suggest sensible alternatives where appropriate. Stage 2 – Procurement & Coordination Negotiate and place orders, manage suppliers and lead times, and coordinate delivery, storage and installation through to completion. We would ideally like to work with one experienced independent person who can take responsibility for the process rather than another design studio. Please tell us briefly about your relevant procurement/sourcing experience, particularly residential interiors, previous firms you have worked with, and your day rate or proposed fee structure. We would initially appoint for Stage 1, with Stage 2 following if the fit is right.
