Producer for Short Medical Videos

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Full-Cycle Video Producer/Editor for a long-term collaboration focused on high-quality medical and scientific educational content. This role covers the entire production process, not just editing. The freelancer should be able to turn a topic or idea into a complete short-form educational video by: developing or refining the voiceover script, producing or coordinating the narration, sourcing or creating relevant B-roll/stock footage/AI visuals, editing the video into a polished final product, syncing visuals with narration, adding captions throughout, and delivering a video ready for publication. We are open to AI tools for scriptwriting and voiceover generation, but every script and voiceover must be reviewed and refined by a human to ensure clarity, accuracy, natural flow, and the right tone. Workflow for each video: Receive the topic or reference material. Create or refine a clear, engaging, scientifically accurate script. Produce or arrange the voiceover. Source, generate, or edit matching medical/scientific visuals. Edit the video in a smooth, dynamic, professional style. Add fully synchronized captions from start to finish. Deliver a final video optimized for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Video specs: About 60 seconds, vertical 9:16, 1080p, no background music or special SFX, clean and professional style. Project scope: 30 to 50 videos total. The first stage will be a paid test of 3 videos to assess quality, creativity, accuracy, and communication. If successful, the same freelancer will handle the full batch. Requirements: Experience in end-to-end educational video production, strong script/narration workflow skills, experience with B-roll selection and AI visuals, access to quality stock footage or AI tools, understanding of medical/scientific terminology, fast turnaround, and strong consistency and attention to detail.
