Product & Brand Designer — Consumer eSIM Travel App ((UI/UX, Mobile + Web, Figma)

Our product is a global eSIM for travelers — a premium travel-brand feel with real technical depth underneath. Our web app is live and we're building toward a native mobile app. We're looking for a designer to own the product and brand design end to end: finalizing our visual identity and brand system, and designing the product experience travelers actually move through. You'll be our design owner, working directly with our founder and engineers. What you'll design - End-to-end consumer app flows across mobile and web: onboarding, eSIM activation, top-up and membership purchase, usage/balance dashboard, and points/rewards. - A particular focus on the activation funnel — the make-or-break sequence that takes a new user from install to connected. Designing for conversion here is the priority. - Ownership of the brand/visual identity — finalizing logo refinement, color, typography, iconography, and social direction from a strong in-progress starting point. - Production-ready Figma — components, specs, and prototypes that engineers and AI/LLM-based build workflows can take in and execute on directly, with fluency. Must-haves - A portfolio of shipped consumer mobile apps (please link live apps, not just concepts). - Strong Figma — components, auto-layout, design systems, developer and LLM/AI handoff. - Demonstrated ability to design for a conversion goal (onboarding, activation, checkout), not just attractive screens. - Brand/visual-identity capability — you can own and evolve a brand system, not only design screens. - Comfortable being the sole designer in a small team. Nice-to-haves - Travel, fintech, or subscription consumer-app experience. - Experience making crypto/wallet onboarding feel mainstream and frictionless. - Motion/prototyping skills; ability to spec micro-interactions.
