AI Product Builder Wanted: Build an AI Relationship Intelligence Platform

We're a fast-growing coaching and media company in the real estate space. We're building an AI-powered relationship intelligence platform that helps sales professionals know who to call, when to call them, and why, using data they already have but aren't acting on. We're at an early but serious stage. The vision is clear, the market is real, and we're looking for the right builder to bring it to life. We're not looking for a traditional developer. We're looking for someone who builds with AI tools, thinks in products, and can turn a messy business problem into something real people actually use. What you'll build first An MVP with these five capabilities: * Contact importing from existing CRMs * Relationship scoring * Daily contact recommendations * Note storage * Follow-up recommendations You'll have 30 days, a clear brief, and full access to our team. Tools we'd expect you to know You don't need all of these but you should be comfortable in this world: * Claude API or OpenAI API * Cursor, Replit, or Claude Code * CRM APIs and third-party integrations * Zapier or Make * A lightweight front end your average user can actually navigate How the hiring process works Apply by answering four questions below. Top applicants are invited to a second stage where they submit an architecture doc, a 90-day roadmap, and a short Loom video. We select two finalists and pay both to build the MVP over 30 days. One builder is retained long term. You're a good fit if: * You build with AI tools every week, not just talk about them * You've shipped something real with actual users or results * You can explain your work clearly without hiding behind technical language * You understand CRMs, sales workflows, or coaching businesses You're not a fit if: * Your application could have been sent to any job posting * You've never shipped anything outside of a tutorial * You need a perfect spec before you can start thinking To apply answer these four questions: 1.
