ABOUT THE WORK We are an established Australian wholesale distribution business. New product ranges are released multiple times per year, and every release requires product data to be cleaned and loaded accurately across several connected systems, each requiring a slightly different data format. We are hiring one person to own this process end to end, long term. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Download new product data from supplier portals each release cycle - Identify new SKUs and prepare import-ready Excel templates for approval - Maintain a master catalog file as the single source of truth and transform data into each system's required format - Cleanse supplier data of special characters, spaces and inconsistent codes that break system matching - Source and link product images to the correct records - Document the process into a clear SOP WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU - Advanced Excel: lookups, text/cleaning functions, handling messy exports with merged cells and hidden characters. Power Query is a strong plus - Proven product data, catalog, ecommerce listing or ERP data experience - Character-level attention to detail.
