Summary

About us Subscriptionist Hub is an early-stage US startup building a SaaS platform that helps companies manage their vendors and software subscriptions in one place: what they're paying for, who owns it, when it renews, and where the waste is. The product is in development and we're driving toward go-live in [timeframe]. We're a team of [X]. The role We're looking for someone to hold the launch together. You'll turn our plan into something visible, tracked, and moving, so the whole team knows where we stand at any point. You won't be deciding what we build. The founders own scope and priority. Your focus is delivery: knowing the status of every workstream, surfacing blockers before they become delays, closing out loose ends, and making sure nothing falls between the cracks before launch day. This is a hands-on, part-time coordination role in a small, fast-moving team. It's a strong fit for someone early in their career who wants to see a product go from nothing to live and be central to it. What you'll do • Build and maintain the launch plan: workstreams, dependencies, owners, dates • Run the standing rhythm of check-ins, weekly reviews, and written status updates to the team • Track progress against the plan and flag slippage early, with enough detail that it is actionable • Chase blockers across engineering, design, and external vendors until they are resolved • Own the go-live checklist: what must be true before we ship, and who signs off on each item • Coordinate testing and QA cycles; log, triage, and track bugs to closure • Keep our integration workstreams on track, including accounting and ERP connections, payment processors, SSO, and any partner APIs we depend on • Track the readiness items that enterprise buyers will ask about, such as security review, SOC 2 preparation, and data handling documentation, and keep owners moving on each • Prepare the launch-day runbook and comms: who does what, in what order, and what happens if something breaks • Keep documentation current so the team isn't rebuilding context every week What we're looking for Required • 1 to 3 years in project coordination, delivery, operations, or a similar role, or a track record of running complex things well in another context • Genuinely organised. You track things in a system, not in your memory • Comfortable chasing people politely and persistently until you get an answer • Clear written communication. A status update anyone can read in 60 seconds • Calm when plans change, and they will change weekly • Able to work independently in a fully remote setup, with reliable overlap with [time zone] hours • Authorised to work in the US Nice to have • Exposure to software delivery: sprints, tickets, QA cycles, release processes • Familiarity with Jira, Linear, Notion, Asana, or similar • Experience at a startup or in another low-structure environment • Some understanding of B2B SaaS, finance or procurement workflows, or IT asset and spend management • Exposure to security questionnaires, SOC 2, or vendor review processes Not required • Having run a launch of your own before. You'll have the founders alongside you on the judgement calls, so we're hiring for rigour and follow-through. What success looks like • First 30 days: One plan, one source of truth, everyone using it. You can tell us the status of any workstream without checking. • First 90 days: Blockers are surfaced days earlier than they used to be. The go-live checklist exists and has named owners against every item. • By launch: We ship on a date we set in advance, and nothing critical is discovered on the day.
