Product Demo Specialist + Video Editor for APMA (AI Project Management Platform)

Overview AI Project Partners is an AI advisory and software firm. APMA, our flagship AI-powered project management platform, is the focus of this role. We are looking for someone who can do more than edit video. The immediate work is producing 15 short product demo videos from finalized scripts we provide. The larger opportunity is for the right person to learn APMA deeply, own this product's demo and content function, and grow into live demos and product support as we scale. We are open to this becoming a product owner role for APMA demo and enablement over time. Immediate Scope 15 individual demo videos, each 30 to 60 seconds, covering one APMA feature per video. Voiceover scripts are written and finalized with on-screen action cues already marked. You will be given a product login, record the product yourself, edit, add branding and captions, and deliver to spec. Features covered include SOW to project plan, scope creep detection, change orders, meeting transcript to tasks, executive dashboard, risk detection, budget health, resource optimization, conversational AI, status reports, client health, contract compliance, portfolio management, AI assistant, and full project setup. The Larger Role We want someone who will invest time learning to navigate APMA thoroughly, enough to perform live product demos, support prospects and clients, and take ownership of demo and enablement content as the product grows. This starts as project work and is intended to expand for the right fit. What We Provide Finalized scripts with action cues, a product login for learning and recording, and brand colors, logo, and fonts. Required Skills Strong video editing across screen capture, motion graphics, captions, and sound. Ability to learn software products quickly and represent them accurately. Comfort moving toward a client-facing demo and product ownership role. Clear, professional communication. Expectations On Speed We expect accelerated delivery. AI tools materially speed up editing, transcription, captioning, and graphics, and we build that into our timelines. Tell us your realistic batch turnaround with that in mind. Compensation First batch of 15 videos is fixed-price, quoted by you. Ongoing rate and scope to be discussed based on first-batch performance and fit for the expanded role.
