Product UI/UX Designer (Figma) – Long-Term Remote Role We are looking for a talented Product UI/UX Designer to join us long-term and help shape a real global digital product. This is not a simple landing page project. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about design quality, user experience, product thinking, visual hierarchy, and creating interfaces that feel premium, trustworthy, and memorable. We want someone who can create experiences that make users say: "This feels professional." "This feels trustworthy." "This feels different." What We Are Looking For - Strong visual design skills - Excellent UI/UX understanding - Product thinking mindset - Attention to detail - Strong typography and spacing discipline - Ability to create premium and trustworthy interfaces - Ability to improve existing ideas and suggest better solutions - Fast communication and active collaboration - Passion for building real products You Should Enjoy - Designing complete user journeys - Solving UX problems - Creating scalable design systems - Improving flows and interactions - Refining and polishing details - Thinking beyond the brief Important We are NOT looking for someone who: - Creates generic AI-looking designs - Only follows instructions without thinking - Copies existing templates - Disappears for days without updates - Focuses only on visual trends without usability Big Plus - Strong Figma skills - Auto-layout and component systems - Mobile-first design experience - SaaS or dashboard experience - Micro-interactions and hover states - Responsive design understanding - Ability to translate designs into clean frontend code (HTML/CSS/React) is a bonus, but not required Application Please include: - Your best Figma work - Product design examples - Design system or component examples (if available) We care more about quality, thinking, and execution than years of experience. Working Model - Fully Remote - Long-Term Position - Monthly Salary - Initial Trial Period Salary Range: $700 – $800/month (depending on experience, quality, communication, and ownership)
