Product Designer (UX/UI) | Long-Term | Kazakhstan or Kyrgyzstan Only

We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer based in Kazakhstan or Kyrgyzstan to join our growing international team. We are a California-based digital agency working with startups and growing businesses across North America and beyond. Most of our clients are located in the United States and Canada, and we specialize in designing modern websites, SaaS platforms, web applications, and digital products. We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences, has a strong eye for visual design, and enjoys solving real business problems. What You'll Do - Design modern websites, web applications, and SaaS products - Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs - Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries - Design responsive experiences for desktop and mobile - Collaborate closely with developers and project leads throughout the project lifecycle - Present and communicate design decisions clearly and confidently - Contribute ideas that improve both user experience and business outcomes Requirements - 2+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer - Strong portfolio showcasing commercial web and/or product design projects - Expert-level proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design Systems) - Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design - Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team Nice to Have - Strong English communication skills - Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Midjourney, or similar - Experience working with international clients, particularly from North America Please include: 1.
