Product Designer (UI/UX) Needed to Improve an Existing Dashboard Flow

We're looking for an experienced Product Designer to improve an existing E-commerce dashboard experience. You'll receive an existing dashboard screen in Figma and a short product brief. Your goal is to: -Analyze the current user flow. -Identify usability issues. -Improve the layout and hierarchy. -Redesign the screen while keeping the existing design system. -Explain the reasoning behind your design decisions. -Component naming and Auto Layout where appropriate.
