Product Designer Needed — Trading Card Protector 3D CAD (Injection Moulding Ready)

I am looking for an experienced product designer or mechanical engineer to produce manufacturing-ready 3D CAD models for a premium trading card protector case. This is a well-defined project with a complete engineering specification document and concept development package already prepared. You will not be starting from scratch everything you need is documented and ready to hand over. The product is called SHIELD. It is a dual-layer trading card protective case with an adaptive card retention system, IP67-rated waterproof closure, recessed push-lever mechanism, hex snap-node stacking system, integrated NFC chip pocket, tether anchor point, and dual UV-filtered polycarbonate windows. Deliverables required: Outer shell top half full parametric CAD, Outer shell bottom half full parametric CAD, Sealed liner capsule with TPU flex zone geometry, Silicone gasket profile and channel geometry, Recessed push-lever cam and latch mechanism, Hex snap-node geometry and dovetail rail profile, UV window aperture and bonding geometry, Tether anchor loop and NFC chip pocket, Full assembly model with bill of materials, DFM review notes covering parting lines, undercuts, and draft angles, Prototype specification sheet suitable for manufacturer quotation. File formats required: STEP and STL for all components, PDF for assembly and documentation. Who I am looking for: Someone with hands-on experience designing consumer plastic products for injection moulding. You must understand draft angles, wall thickness requirements, parting line placement, and DFM principles. Experience with waterproof consumer products or precision mechanical closures is a strong advantage. Familiarity with trading cards or collector products is helpful but not required. What I will provide: A complete Milestone 2 concept development document with detailed design descriptions, engineering notes, and component specifications. A full engineering specification document with all target dimensions, tolerances, material callouts, and assembly sequence. Reference images and SVG concept illustrations of the SHIELD design.
