Product Designer for Dog Safety Accessory

We are seeking a skilled product designer to create a prototype for a paddle board dog safety accessory. I am developing a new paddle board accessory called Sup Pup that helps keep dogs safely connected to paddle boards while on the water. I already have mockups of what the design should look like and operate but will need further expertise to improve it and make it safer. The goal is to create a universal restraint system that attaches to existing paddle board D-rings and helps prevent dogs from accidentally falling or moving around excessively while riding. This is NOT a dog platform or seat. It is a lightweight safety accessory.
