Product Designer for Kitchenware

We are a premier manufacturing and export company specializing exclusively in high-end metal and wooden handicraft products. We are seeking a highly creative Remote Industrial / Product Designer who deeply understands Middle Eastern taste, luxury hospitality, and cultural traditions to design an exclusive, brand-new line of premium serveware. The Middle Eastern market demands grand silhouettes, intricate detailing, and high-end finishes built for large family gatherings and festive hospitality (such as Ramadan and Eid). We need a designer who can bring fresh, modern, yet culturally resonant ideas to our core metal and wood production lines. Core Design Categories & Scope: Engraved & Printed Hotpots/Casseroles: Creating trend-setting, elegant surface patterns and geometric or traditional motifs for metal hotpots. This includes original vector designs for mechanical engraving, laser etching, and high-quality surface printing. Wireframe Food Warmers & Chafing Dishes: Designing innovative, structural, and decorative metal wireframe bases and stands that are visually striking, sturdy, and optimized for welding, bending, and premium plating. MOP & Resin Inlay Serveware (with Metal & Wood): Designing luxury cake stands, tiered stands, and serving trays that seamlessly incorporate Mother of Pearl (MOP) and resin inlay work into premium wooden or metal bases, handles, and lids. Key Responsibilities: Cultural Concept Generation: Present fresh 2D sketches and mood boards that capture Middle Eastern luxury hospitality trends, focusing heavily on majestic silhouettes, statement handles, and elegant proportions. Vector & Pattern Design: Create seamless, high-resolution vector artwork for our engraving and surface-printing production lines. 3D Modeling & CAD: Build precise 3D models (SolidWorks, Rhino, or Fusion 360) ensuring perfect fitment for combined wood and metal components, inner liners, and lids. Photorealistic 3D Rendering: Render products showcasing realistic wood grains and high-end metal surface treatments, including Gold PVD plating, silver mirror polishing, and antique copper/brass effects. Design for Manufacturing (DFM): Deliver factory-ready STEP/IGES files and 2D technical layout drawings optimized for metal stamping, casting, wire forming, and wood turning. Required Skills & Qualifications: Middle East Market Expertise: Proven experience or deep familiarity with the aesthetic preferences, sizing, and hospitality culture of the Gulf/Middle East region. Metal & Wood Specialist: A portfolio that heavily features the combination of metals (stainless steel, brass, aluminum) and wood. Surface & Structural Savvy: Strong capability in both 2D pattern/motif creation (for engraving) and 3D structural design (for wireframe forming).
