Product Developer / Tech Pack Designer / Artwork Designer (Streetwear Startup) – 4 Garments

We're a fashion development agency looking for an experienced Product Developer / Technical Designer / Tech Pack Creator / Apparel Graphic Designer to work on a one-off project for an exciting startup streetwear brand. This project consists of 4 clothing pieces, with each garment featuring its own unique design direction. Every product will require custom artwork, which may include a combination of: Graphic prints Embroidery designs Placement artwork Garment graphics Technical development Shortlisted candidates will receive inspiration images and creative references to develop the final artwork and technical packs. Scope of Work: Develop professional tech packs for 4 garments Create production-ready artwork based on supplied inspiration Prepare print and/or embroidery files suitable for manufacturing Ensure all files are clear, accurate, and factory-ready Communicate any recommendations to improve manufacturability or design where appropriate Requirements: To be considered, you MUST attach examples of BOTH: - Tech packs you have created - Print, graphic, or embroidery artwork you have developed Applications without examples of both will be automatically rejected. Successful applicants may receive ongoing work across multiple fashion brands and future client projects managed by our agency.
