Product Experience Owner (AI-First Team)

We’re looking for someone who enjoys exploring software, identifying usability issues, researching competitors, and continuously improving product quality. About RedirHub RedirHub is a modern URL redirect infrastructure platform used by marketers, agencies, IT teams, and enterprise customers worldwide. Our engineers collaborate closely with AI coding agents, allowing many product improvements to move from idea to production quickly. Your role is to identify opportunities, help prioritize improvements, and ensure every release delivers a better customer experience. ⸻ What You’ll Do Product Experience * Use RedirHub as a real customer and continuously evaluate the user experience. * Identify usability issues, bugs, confusing workflows, and opportunities for improvement. * Test new features before release. * Verify fixes delivered by engineering or AI agents. * Help improve onboarding, navigation, reporting, and overall usability. Competitive Research Research products such as: * Bitly * Dub * Short.io * Rebrandly * Redirect.pizza Analyze: * What they do well * Where they fall short * Ideas that could improve RedirHub * Industry trends and best practices Customer Feedback Help organize and prioritize product feedback from: * Enterprise customers * Support conversations * Feature requests * Community discussions Turn recurring feedback into clear product recommendations. AI Collaboration Work closely with our AI-assisted development workflow by: * Writing clear bug reports * Defining acceptance criteria * Reviewing completed improvements * Validating releases before deployment Product Documentation Help maintain: * Product documentation * Help Center * Demo environment * Changelog * Feature documentation ⸻ We’re Looking For Someone Who * Has excellent attention to detail. * Enjoys improving software products. * Thinks from the customer’s perspective. * Can clearly communicate problems and proposed solutions. * Enjoys researching competing products. * Is comfortable working independently. * Is excited about working alongside AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude. Experience in Product QA, UX, Product Design, Product Analysis, Customer Success, or SaaS products is highly valued, but great product intuition is even more important. ⸻ What Success Looks Like We care about impact—not hours.
