We are building an AI-powered Operational Intelligence Platform that helps organizations connect communications, workflows, business data, knowledge systems, and AI agents into a unified operational ecosystem. Our mission is to help teams gain real-time visibility into their operations, identify critical issues, automate decision-making, and coordinate execution more effectively. We are looking for a hands-on Product & AI Implementation Lead who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, customer engagement, and solution delivery. This is not a traditional enterprise Product Manager role. We need someone who enjoys transforming ambiguity into scalable products, working directly with customers, shaping AI-driven workflows, and ensuring successful platform adoption. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Management • Define product vision, requirements, workflows, and user experiences • Translate customer problems into scalable product capabilities • Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on customer impact and business value • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and AI teams • Shape the evolution of an AI-first SaaS platform • Drive product adoption, customer outcomes, and platform growth • Identify opportunities to leverage AI agents, automation, and operational intelligence across customer workflows Customer Discovery & Solution Design • Conduct customer interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions • Understand business processes, operational bottlenecks, and decision-making workflows • Validate product hypotheses and feature opportunities • Analyze customer feedback and usage patterns • Recommend product enhancements and implementation best practices • Help define customer success metrics and measurable business outcomes Customer Onboarding & Implementation • Lead beta customer onboarding and implementation programs • Run product demonstrations, training sessions, and stakeholder workshops • Assist customers in configuring workflows, integrations, and AI-powered use cases • Monitor adoption metrics, customer feedback, and implementation success • Coordinate release communications and product updates • Act as the primary bridge between customers, product, and engineering teams Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Implementation, Business Analysis, or related roles • Experience working with B2B SaaS platforms • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences • Experience creating product requirements, user stories, process workflows, and implementation plans • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments Preferred Experience • CRM, ERP, Operations Management, Workflow Automation, Productivity, or Enterprise Software platforms • AI-powered products, copilots, intelligent assistants, AI agents, or automation systems • Startup, scale-up, or founder-led product environments • Customer onboarding, implementation, and adoption programs • Beta testing and product feedback programs • APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and modern SaaS architectures • Experience working alongside AI, Data, or Machine Learning teams What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a product builder and customer problem solver—not just a project coordinator.
