Product Listing Specialist (Shopify / Etsy / eCommerce) – Long-Term Position

We're looking for a detail-oriented Product Listing Specialist to help grow our online memorabilia business. We specialize in authentic signed guitars, albums, photos, movie memorabilia, sports collectibles, and celebrity autographs. We currently have thousands of products and add new inventory every week. This is a long-term position for someone who enjoys organization, moderate research, and creating high-quality product listings, preferably with the use of AI. Responsibilities For each item you will: Create an SEO-friendly product title Write an engaging product description Upload all product photos Select the proper category Add product tags and keywords Create product collections where appropriate Ensure SKU is created Enter inventory quantity Verify pricing Add artist/band/movie/sport metadata Cross-reference our existing listings to maintain consistency Publish to Shopify, Etsy, and additional marketplaces as assigned Types of Products Examples include: Signed guitars Signed albums Signed CDs Signed drumheads Signed photos Movie memorabilia Sports memorabilia Historical collectibles Political collectibles Celebrity autographs SEO Requirements Titles should maximize search visibility while remaining natural. Descriptions should include: Artist/Band/Actor Item type Authentication information Condition Any included proof photos/videos Brief collector-oriented description AI tools may be used to assist with descriptions, but every listing must be reviewed for accuracy. Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: Has Shopify experience Has Etsy experience Has eCommerce listing experience Understands SEO Writes excellent English Is extremely detail-oriented Can follow established standards Is comfortable researching musicians, actors, athletes, and collectibles Bonus if you have experience with: eBay Collectibles Music memorabilia Photoshop or image editing Trial Project To start, you'll receive 10 products.
