Product Manager Assistant - Right Hand to Founder (10-15 hrs per week)

ASSISTANT PRODUCT MANAGER I'm the founder of a pre-launch social productivity app (AI task execution + social networking - imagine a crossover between Facebook, ChatGPT, and Trello/Asana). Beta launch is about a month out. I remotely lead a team of 4 directs, all in India: -1 Full stack web&mobile lead developer -1 DevOps -1 QA Tester -1 Figma UXUI designer RESPONSIBILITIES -- -Take notes when I give instructions and turn them into tickets and assign them to our directs and follow-up to make sure they are completed on a timely basis -Turn my written product specs into detailed ClickUp tickets and keep the task list up-to-date. Track every open task across our 4 freelancers and give me very brief daily reports on what happened or didnt happen. -Follow up on my behalf when something is late or a question is unanswered -Record brief video walkthroughs (using JAm.dev or Zoom) of specs so the developer and designer have something to reference -Tracking who's doing what, following up with the team, and making sure nothing falls through while I'm focused on fundraising and growth. -Compare what got designed against what got built, and flag the differences to me -Help QA understand what to test; track test case progress -Keep documents, Figma labels, and tickets using the same names so nothing gets confused Your first project I have a finished spec covering our in-app nudge system and coin/gamification modules. It needs to become real work: broken into tickets, explained or walked through with the developer and designer on video, followed up on, and work with me and the team to see that these two modules are developed, tested, and deployed. Requirements --Excellent English written and verbal communication— most of this job is writing clearly -Experienced with coordination -Good at following up and making sure tasks get done -Listen to my explanations for what a feature in the app does, and understand it well enough to write concise simple English tickets from it (its ok to use AI) -ClickUp; Slack; Figma; making screen record videos; good with creating AI prompts; -Organized to the point of being slightly annoying about it -Comfortable following up repeatedly without being rude -Reliable and responsive during your working hours Nice to have -Consumer app or mobile experience -Experience supporting QA against written test cases Hours: 10 to 15 per week (2-3 hours per day, Monday to Friday, working during India workday) INTERVIEW PROCESS: -Be prepared to create a 2-min brief recorded video explaining your related experiences and why youre a good fit for this position. -Samples of product management related deliverables you've worked on before.
