# Product Manager / Delivery Lead ## About the Role I am looking for a highly organised, proactive Product Manager to support a growing portfolio of digital product and client projects. This role sits across product management and project delivery. You will help turn ideas, client conversations and strategic direction into clear plans, documented requirements, prioritised work and consistent execution. You will work closely with me as part of a growing product and project management agency. I will remain the primary client-facing lead and attend key meetings, while you will take ownership of much of the planning, documentation, coordination and follow-through required to keep projects moving. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is already capable but also wants to learn quickly, take on increasing responsibility and grow with the agency. ## Key Responsibilities * Translate meetings, discussions and business objectives into clear product requirements, tasks and delivery plans * Create and maintain product documentation, roadmaps, backlogs, process flows, briefs and project trackers * Break larger initiatives into well-defined workstreams, milestones and actionable tasks * Coordinate with designers, developers, marketers and other contributors * Track deadlines, dependencies, risks, blockers and outstanding decisions * Prepare meeting agendas, progress updates, follow-up notes and action lists * Ensure tasks are properly scoped, assigned and followed through to completion * Review work against requirements and identify gaps before delivery * Improve internal processes, templates and ways of working * Use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, documentation and day-to-day execution * Maintain organised and reliable project workspaces in Notion ## What I’m Looking For * At least three years of experience in product management, project management or a hybrid product delivery role * Strong practical understanding of the product development lifecycle * Exceptional organisation and attention to detail * Ability to manage several workstreams without losing track of priorities * Strong written and verbal English * Clear, structured thinking and excellent documentation skills * A creative approach to solving problems rather than simply following instructions * Strong working knowledge of Notion, including databases, linked views, templates and structured workspaces * Confident use of AI tools as part of your everyday workflow * Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outcomes * Willingness to learn unfamiliar industries, products and systems quickly * Comfortable receiving feedback, adapting and improving rapidly ## You May Be a Strong Fit If You * Naturally turn messy conversations into clear next steps * Notice missing information, unclear ownership and delivery risks before they become problems * Enjoy creating structure without making processes unnecessarily complicated * Can move between strategic product thinking and detailed project follow-through * Use AI thoughtfully to improve the quality and speed of your work * Are dependable, responsive and comfortable being trusted with important client work * Ask useful questions but can also make sensible decisions independently ## Working Arrangement * Remote, independent contractor position * Long-term engagement * Flexible working hours, with some overlap required for meetings and collaboration * Output-focused environment rather than constant supervision * Regular check-ins, clear priorities and increasing autonomy as trust develops * Opportunity to grow into a more senior role as the agency and client portfolio expand ## How to Apply Please include a Loom video of yourself briefly covering: 1.
