Product Manager/DevOps Full Time

About the role A hybrid Product Manager / DevOps owner for infra and product managment. Can be full time. You write the PRD specs, then make sure the systems behind them run reliably, securely. You need to use AI to move fast on both product and code alongside the development team. When applying for this role, please note we will require you to do a live test with us, and be serious when applying, don't just send templated AI written proposals. Proof out that you really can do it. Details: Product Management • Build the roadmap with the product team: write PRDs, groom sprints, validate delivered features. • Facilitate requirements discovery and bridge technical feasibility with product value. • Drive product and coding through AI, working hand-in-hand with the dev team. Cloud Infrastructure: • Own and maintain all three AWS services. • On-call during North American hours • Run CI/CD pipelines Monitoring, Metrics & Reliability Documentation • Maintain a living runbook for every component, deployment, rollback, and incident step — written so any engineer can pick it up cold. What we’re looking for • Proven DevOps on AWS (app, compute/algorithm, and database services) • Real product management experiences. • AI-first builder — fluent using AI tools for both coding and product work. • Strong on observability, reliability; writes documentation others can actually use. • Self-directed, calm in incidents, reachable during North American hours.
