We are Shyld AI, a startup building the next generation of healthcare technology. Our solutions leverage edge AI, computer vision, and robotics to improve safety and operational efficiency in healthcare facilities. We are looking for an exceptional Product Manager to take ownership of our product roadmap, bridging the gap between our complex technical capabilities and the daily realities of healthcare professionals. The Role: We are seeking a highly analytical and user-focused Product Manager to lead the strategy, definition, and execution of our software and hardware ecosystem. You will work closely with our engineering, AI, and UI/UX design teams to translate high-level company goals into actionable product requirements. A critical part of this role involves conducting user discovery specifically within the United States healthcare system, ensuring our edge AI technology truly solves the pain points of American doctors, nurses, and facility administrators. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle. Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap based on company vision, market research, and user feedback. US Healthcare Discovery: Lead continuous discovery efforts, including conducting interviews and gathering requirements directly from US healthcare professionals to deeply understand their workflows and regulatory environments. Requirements & PRDs: Write exceptionally clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria that our engineering and design teams can seamlessly execute against. Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central node between hardware engineers, AI developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment. Hardware/Software Orchestration: Manage the unique challenges of a product that combines physical hardware deployments with complex cloud and edge-based AI software. Metrics & Go-to-Market: Define success metrics for new features and collaborate on go-to-market strategies for hardware deployments in clinical settings. Required Skills & Experience: Product Management Experience: Experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, enterprise, or hardware-integrated software. US Healthcare Context: Proven experience managing products within the United States healthcare sector. You must understand the nuances of clinician workflows and have experience engaging directly with US medical professionals. Technical Acumen: Ability to hold your own in technical conversations about AI, computer vision, data infrastructure, and hardware constraints. Execution Focus: Experience with Agile methodologies and a track record of successfully taking complex products from zero to one. Exceptional Communication: Good written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear user value.
