You should already know what a cumulative record, a report card term structure, and a state enrollment file are. Strong written English; able to write specs that stand on their own Comfortable with a multi-tenant SaaS product and a large existing customer base (constraints matter more than greenfield ideas here) Nice to have Experience with accreditation body integrations or reporting (WCEA, Cognia/AdvancED, WASC, ISACS, or similar) Familiarity with Catholic / diocesan school operations — sacramental records, diocese-level reporting, parish billing State DOE reporting experience (any state) Familiarity with Jira
