Summary

I’m looking to hire an experienced recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or career strategist with strong knowledge of Product Marketing, SaaS, GTM, and remote roles. My goal is to transition into a Product Marketing Manager / Product Marketing Specialist role in an English-speaking company while working 100% remotely from Spain. I have 8 years of experience as an entrepreneur and startup consultant, with a strong background in go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, business strategy, sales, startup mentoring, and product validation. I have also studied Product Marketing through Product Marketing Alliance and other business/product programs. However, I want expert help understanding how realistic my goal is, how to position my profile correctly, and how to increase my chances of landing the right remote PMM role. What I need help with I’m looking for someone who can help me with: Assessing my current profile and my chances of landing a remote PMM role. Identifying the main gaps I need to close. Repositioning my entrepreneurial and startup consulting experience for Product Marketing roles. Reviewing and improving my CV, LinkedIn profile, and outreach messages. Defining the best target roles: PMM, Product Marketing Specialist, GTM Strategist, Growth Marketing, etc. Finding realistic remote opportunities in English-speaking companies. Creating a job search strategy focused on fully remote or Europe-compatible roles. Helping me understand what recruiters and hiring managers will care about most. Advising me on whether I need to build a portfolio or case studies before applying. Guiding me through applications, outreach, and interviews. Ideal candidate You are a strong fit if you have experience with one or more of the following: Recruiting for Product Marketing roles Recruiting for SaaS companies Recruiting for Go-to-Market, Marketing, Growth, or Revenue roles Helping candidates land remote international roles Working with candidates based outside the US/UK who want roles in English-speaking companies Understanding Product Marketing Manager hiring criteria CV, LinkedIn, interview, and positioning strategy for marketing professionals Important context The most important challenge is that I live in Spain and want a fully remote role with a company from an English-speaking market. So I’m not only looking for general career advice. I specifically need someone who understands whether this is realistic, what types of companies are more likely to hire remotely internationally, and how to approach the search strategically.
