Product Owner – Client Experience & Partner Solutions (Legal Tech / Immigration Platform)

About the opportunity We’re a fast-growing migration consultancy helping clients navigate complex legal and residency journeys across the globe. Our digital products — client portal, partner integrations, document workflows — are central to how we deliver that experience. We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner to own the roadmap for our client- and partner-facing platforms, and to actively build and champion agile ways of working across our cross-functional team. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You’ll shape the product, coach the team, and ship things that matter. What you’ll do • Define and drive the product roadmap across web, mobile, and integrations • Own and prioritise the backlog end-to-end — from discovery through delivery • Translate complex legal and operational workflows into intuitive, user-first experiences • Design and improve tools for case tracking, document workflows, and secure client communication • Lead user research, usability testing, and data-driven iteration • Manage third-party vendors, APIs, and platform integrations • Ensure compliance with data protection, privacy, and regulatory requirements • Identify and scale self-service capabilities without sacrificing premium support • Monitor product performance, adoption, and client satisfaction to drive retention and referrals • Introduce, build, and embed agile culture across the team — running ceremonies, coaching stakeholders, and establishing a lightweight but effective agile framework suited to our stage and context Who you are • 3–5+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or UX-driven roles • Proven experience building or maturing agile practices within a team (not just working within an existing one) • Strong track record delivering customer-facing digital products (B2B and/or B2C) • Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and platform ecosystems • Data-driven, with hands-on experience using analytics tools • Excellent communicator — you make complex things simple for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike • High level of written and spoken English Nice to have • Background in legal tech, fintech, or other regulated environments • Knowledge of immigration, residency, or real estate processes • Experience with document management, identity verification, or e-signature tools • Service design or customer journey mapping background What makes this a great fit for the right person • Real ownership — you won’t be a backlog manager, you’ll shape the product direction • A team ready to grow into agile — your coaching will have visible, lasting impact • Complex, meaningful domain — investment migration sits at the intersection of legal, finance, and life-changing decisions • Remote-friendly, international team To apply, please include: 1.
