Product Program Manager (Part Time | Remote)
Worldwide
About Us We are a digital health technology company building evidence based programs that improve mental wellness through innovative technology. Our team includes experienced product leaders, engineers, designers, and PhD level psychologists working together to deliver meaningful products that improve lives. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Product Program Manager who will serve as the quality and product excellence layer across our organization. This is not a traditional Product Manager role. You will act as the bridge between product strategy, user experience, design quality, and execution, ensuring every product delivered reflects our vision before reaching executive review. What You'll Do Review product requirements, designs, and feature specifications before leadership review. Review product builds to ensure they align with intended user experience. Evaluate product decisions from the perspective of the end user. Review in app content, messaging, and educational materials for clarity, usability, and consistency. Provide thoughtful, actionable feedback to Product, Design, Engineering, and Content teams. Identify recurring quality issues and recommend scalable improvements. Create SOPs, review frameworks, templates, and quality standards. Help reduce review bottlenecks by improving consistency across teams. Champion product quality throughout the development lifecycle. What We're Looking For We care more about excellent product judgment than a specific background. Our ideal candidate has: Experience in Product Management, Product Operations, UX, Product Design, or Product Quality. Strong understanding of user experience and customer centered design. Exceptional written communication and editing skills. Strong attention to detail. Experience reviewing digital products before release. Experience creating documentation, SOPs, or operational processes. Excellent collaboration and coaching skills. Ability to provide constructive feedback that helps teams improve. Experience in healthcare, digital wellness, psychology, or SaaS is an advantage but not required. Bonus Qualifications Product Operations experience. UX Research experience. Human Centered Design background. Startup experience. Agile product development experience. What Success Looks Like Higher product quality. Fewer executive review revisions. Better user experience consistency. Stronger collaboration across teams. Scalable review processes that improve efficiency over time. To Apply Please include: Your resume or LinkedIn profile. Two examples of products you've helped improve. A short explanation of how you approach product reviews and quality. Your availability and hourly rate. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview.
