Product Sourcing & Manufacturing Research Specialist We are seeking a freelancer to help support the early product sourcing and manufacturing phase for a modern movement and wellness brand focused on mobility, resistance training, alignment, recovery, posture support, and functional movement products. Our first product categories focus on: Resistance band systems Integrated loop bands Mobility and stretching tools Functional movement accessories Alignment and posture-focused products Foam and woven movement mats Recovery and movement support products We are looking for someone experienced in: Fitness/wellness product sourcing Resistance bands and elastic systems Supplier and manufacturer research MOQ comparison Prototype coordination Material recommendations Shipping and fulfillment research Responsibilities: Research manufacturers in China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Mexico, and the USA Compare pricing, MOQ, materials, customization options, and lead times Identify strengths and weaknesses between suppliers Help organize a product research library Research packaging and fulfillment options Review customer feedback trends in competing products Help identify opportunities for improved product quality, durability, comfort, and functionality Ideal Experience: Fitness or wellness product manufacturing Resistance bands, mats, or soft goods Mobility, rehab, or posture product sourcing Consumer product supply chains Shopify/FBA/ShipBob familiarity Strong organization and communication This is an early-stage product development and research role focused on helping prepare for future manufacturing, fulfillment, and launch readiness.
