About the project We're conducting a user experience audit of an online casino product in Colombia. We need real users to go through a defined test scenario and document their experience at each step — from first impression to withdrawal request. This is NOT a gambling job — you will be reimbursed for any deposits made as part of the test. --- What you'll do (step-by-step scenario) 1. Discovery — Search for the casino using specific keywords we provide. Document what you see in search results (position, snippet, ads) 2. First impression — Visit the site. Screenshot and note: load speed, design, trust signals, promo banners 3. Registration — Create a new account. Document the flow, number of steps, what's asked, any friction points 4. KYC / Verification — Note if/when identity verification is requested 5. Deposit — Make a small deposit ($10–20, fully reimbursed). Document: available payment methods, speed, UX issues 6. Gameplay — Play for 15–30 min. Note: game selection, search/filters, loading speed, mobile experience 7. Withdrawal request — Initiate a withdrawal. Document: available methods, required steps, any blocks or delays 8. Support — Contact live chat with a test question.
