UX/UI Product designer for ongoing support at our agency

We're looking for a product designer to join Swelly, a growing UX/UI and design systems agency. This role works across multiple clients and genuinely grows with the right person. We need someone who can: - Work from light briefings and own the gaps Contribute to design systems (creation, maintenance, documentation) - Demonstrate real UX/UI team experience, not agency flotsam or bootcamp projects - Understand UX methodologies and apply them without handholding - Thrive in varied, fast-moving work We value proactive thinking over task completion. If you see a problem, you flag it. If there's an opportunity, you push it. You're genuinely invested in the work and the business. The role Starting as freelance (hourly or project-based), moving to part-time contract with fee reviews once you've proven yourself. Work across our clients including e-commerce, SaaS, and B2B platforms. Varied briefs, real impact, proper mentorship.
