I am developing a cannabis oral pouch product and am looking for a formulation consultant to help develop an initial prototype and manufacturing approach. The concept is a mint-flavored oral pouch designed for discreet under-lip use. The target formulation currently includes low-dose THC (approximately 2.5mg per pouch) along with CBD and CBG Identifying appropriate pouch substrate/filler materials • Cannabinoid incorporation and distribution methods • Flavor system recommendations • Moisture targets and stability considerations • Ingredient specifications and sourcing recommendations • Pilot-scale manufacturing considerations • Shelf-life and product stability guidance
