JOB OVERVIEW Hi there and welcome to this job post! We’re looking to hire an EXPERIENCED Product lister — someone who can take every product to 100% ready to sell. WHO ARE WE? We are a dropshipping company that sells mainly apparel and clothing items — think of fashion essentials like linen shirts, coats, and pants. We’ve been in the dropshipping space since 2020 and operate several Shopify stores with new product launches every week. THE ROLE You’ll be the first to final stage of verification before a product goes live and becomes visible to customers. Your job is to make sure every product page looks clean, correct, and ready to be purchased — both visually and logically. Main responsibilities: Review all product listings before they go live and ensure everything looks natural and professional. Verify all product details including title, copy, images, sizing, color options, and pricing. Fix or edit any unclear, misleading, or incorrect information. Adjust names, descriptions, and structure so that the product feels aligned with U.S. market expectations. Ensure all questions a U.S. customer might have are answered clearly on the page. Check for design, formatting, or image inconsistencies and clean them up when needed. Once approved, set the product to “Active” in Shopify and send the link to the Ad Launcher so the advertising team can begin campaigns. Follow internal SOPs but also apply common sense and creative judgment when needed — every product is different. Communicate with the listing and ad launching teams to ensure smooth workflow and no mistakes before launch. REQUIREMENTS Must have experience with Shopify product listing and editing. Must have deep expierance with Ai tools. Must have experience working with dropshipping stores and understanding how products flow from supplier to listing to ads. Strong understanding of the U.S. market — what appeals to American customers, how they read listings, and what details matter most. High level of common sense and critical thinking — you should be able to spot what looks “off” or wouldn’t make sense to a U.S. buyer. Good eye for presentation and accuracy — you’ll be the last person to touch the product before it goes live. Experience with Facebook or ad-based product workflows is a big plus. Fluent in English (written and spoken) — able to edit copy and spot grammar or phrasing issues easily. Must be smart, organized, and able to follow SOPs carefully while thinking independently. BONUS SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED) Experience working with Canva, Photoshop, or image cleanup tools. Familiarity with chiense product sourcing webs. Basic understanding of ad creative requirements (knowing what kind of photos or descriptions perform well in ads).
