Product manager to help get a solid vision from concept to manufactured product in the pet industry

I have developed a Petline that I need help getting items developed and marketed from collections I created. I would like to start small with pet toys and some other miscellaneous items and then continue to develop my product line into apparel and jewelry. I have no experience in how to get my vision to market. I need someone who will coordinate all processes and help me determine the best manufactures and pricing for my products. I am eager to get my products on the market quickly and with as minimum inventory per product so I can extend my budget on multiple products to get an idea of what is most popular. However, my line is a luxury line/boutique, and I want to ensure that I have the appropriate (best) manufacturer/manufacturers for each product developed.
