Production Artist for Vintage Screen Print Apparel Graphics

Overview We are looking for a talented production artist to help refine premium vintage-style apparel graphics for screen printing. This is not a graphic design position. We create the concepts internally. Your job is to take our approved artwork and refine it into the highest-quality print-ready artwork possible. Our goal is to build a long-term relationship with one production artist who can consistently prepare artwork for customer orders. Test Project We will provide: * A shirt photo showing the desired finished appearance. * A transparent PNG of the artwork. The PNG is your starting point. Your goal is not to redesign or reinterpret the artwork. Instead, refine the PNG so the final printed result matches the shirt reference as closely as possible while making it suitable for professional screen printing. This artwork will be printed as a large back print (approximately 12–14 inches wide), so detail and craftsmanship are extremely important. Requirements * Preserve the composition, proportions, colors, and overall style. * Match the shirt reference as closely as possible. * Improve line quality, engraving detail, distressing, and print consistency where needed. * Prepare the artwork for a professional 3-color screen print on a black garment. * The black shirt is one of the colors and should not be printed as ink. * Make only the changes necessary to improve print quality while remaining faithful to the original artwork. Deliverables Please provide the production files in whatever format(s) you feel are most appropriate for professional screen printing.
