AI Media Production Specialist (PowerPoint + AI Voice + Video Production) Long-Term Fixed Price Opportunity | Educational Content Production About Us We are building one of India’s most ambitious teacher development platforms. Our courses help teachers transform their classrooms using competency-based learning, modern pedagogy, and engaging micro-learning lessons. The instructional content is already complete. We are now building a long-term media production team to convert our approved course assets into polished, professional learning videos. This is not a content writing project. This is a structured production workflow. If you enjoy working with AI tools, educational content, and repeatable production systems, we’d love to hear from you. ⸻ What We Already Provide For every lesson, we provide: ✅ Professionally designed PowerPoint presentation ✅ Complete speaker notes (full narration already written) ✅ Brand guidelines ✅ Standard lesson structure ✅ Folder structure ✅ Naming conventions The instructional design has already been completed. No research is required. No script writing is required. No slide design is required. Your Job Your responsibility is to convert our approved lesson into a finished video. Typical workflow: 1. Open the PowerPoint. 2. Read the speaker notes. 3. Improve narration flow by adding natural pauses where required. 4. Generate AI voice using our approved voice platform (Cartesia, ElevenLabs, or equivalent). 5. Synchronize narration with slides. 6. Export a polished MP4. 7. Upload completed files to Google Drive. Typical Lesson Each lesson contains approximately: • 6–7 slides • 5–8 minutes narration Everything is already prepared. Your work is media production—not content creation. Software You may already be familiar with some of these: • Cartesia • ElevenLabs • CapCut • Canva • PowerPoint • Camtasia If you use equivalent software, we are open to suggestions. What We Value We are looking for someone who is: • Detail-oriented • Process-driven • Comfortable using AI tools • Reliable • Able to follow production standards • Interested in long-term collaboration Pilot Assignment Every shortlisted freelancer will receive one paid pilot lesson. The pilot will allow both of us to evaluate: • Quality • Speed • Communication • Workflow Successful freelancers will become part of our long-term production team. Please Include in Your Proposal 1.
