Professional On-Camera Interviewer with Studio for Trader Interviews (Ongoing, Several Per Week)

We publish trader interviews across YouTube and social, and they consistently outperform everything else we make. This is not a one-off video gig. We are building a permanent interview engine and we need the person who runs the front of it. The Role You will conduct 30-minute remote video interviews with our funded traders, following a script and question flow we provide. The traders join from home. You join from your studio setup: clean background, proper lighting, quality camera and audio. You are the face and voice of the conversation, so you need to be genuinely pleasant on camera, put non-professional guests at ease, keep the conversation moving, and get natural, usable answers out of people who have never been interviewed before. Volume is several interviews per week, every week, long-term. We handle scheduling, scripts and post-production. You handle showing up prepared, running a warm and professional conversation, and delivering clean recordings. What you deliver per interview - A recorded 30-minute remote interview (we will agree on the recording tool, e.g. Riverside or similar, so both sides are captured in separate high-quality tracks) - Your side shot in a professional studio environment: sharp image, good light, clean audio, tidy background - Raw footage uploaded to us within 24 hours of the session Ideal candidate - Professional or semi-professional studio setup you can show us (send a photo or a sample clip, this is non-negotiable) - Confident, warm, natural on camera. You listen, react, and follow up. You do not read questions like a robot. - Fluent, clear English (this is the main interview language; other languages are a bonus) - Experience hosting podcasts, interviews, testimonials or talking-head content - Comfortable talking to ordinary people, not just media-trained guests - Reliable. Sessions are scheduled with traders across time zones and you show up on time, every time. - Basic understanding of trading or willingness to learn our terminology fast. You do not need to be a trader, you need to sound comfortable in the world.
