Professional Designer for High‑End Commercial Real Estate Brochures

I am looking for an experienced commercial real estate (CRE) marketing designer to create professional, brochures for different types of commercial properties. The cost will be based upon each brochure designed. This is project‑based role with ongoing work. PLEASE PROVIDE COMMERICAL REAL ETSTATE BROCHURES THAT YOU HAVE DESIGNED Requirements: Design modern, and brand‑consistent commercial real estate brochures Incorporate property details, photos, maps, floor plans, and financial information I provide Easily follows instructions with minimum errors/revisions Transform raw information into a clean, attractive, easy‑to‑read layout Deliver print‑ready and digital‑optimized versions (PDF) Provide revisions as needed to finalize the brochure What I Will Provide: All property information (text, bullet points, financials, etc.) Property photos, maps, and any available floor plans Logo Requirements: Proven experience designing commercial real estate brochures (not residential) Strong portfolio with actual CRE brochure samples — this is mandatory Ability to create clean, modern layouts suitable for investor and tenant audiences Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Preferred Experience Familiarity with commercial real estate terminology Ability to enhance or retouch property photos if needed How to Apply Please submit: A brief introduction Your portfolio with commercial real estate brochure samples Your estimated turnaround time Only applicants who provide real CRE brochure samples will be considered.
