Professional Education / Training Video Creator AI-Assisted Video Production for Healthcare & Medical Devices We are looking for an experienced Professional Education / Training Video Creator to produce a series of high-quality training videos for healthcare professionals using AI-assisted production workflows. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. We are developing professional training content for users of medical aesthetic devices. We already have the technical content and scripts. Your job is to take those scripts and turn them into polished, engaging, professional training videos from beginning to end. This is not simply a video editing role. We are looking for someone who can take a detailed training script, understand the learning objective, and independently determine how it should become a clear and engaging visual learning experience. What We Provide We will provide: Final training scripts Product images and existing video footage Product and device assets Screen/device footage where available Access to a content expert for technical clarification and accuracy Brand assets and relevant reference materials Feedback and approvals throughout production The content expert will not appear on camera. They will mainly support content accuracy, clarification, and review. What You Will Own You will be responsible for taking the project from script to final deliverable, including: Understanding the script and learning objectives Developing the visual concept and storyboard Determining how each section should be demonstrated visually AI-assisted video production AI-generated visual assets where appropriate Product/device visualization Screen and UI demonstrations Motion graphics and instructional callouts Voice-over production Sound design and audio mixing Captions/subtitles Video editing Transitions and pacing Creating a consistent visual language across the training series Final quality control Delivery of final distribution-ready videos Delivery of editable project/source files where technically possible You may use any tools or production workflow you consider appropriate. We are not restricting the AI or production platforms you use. Creative Direction We want the videos to feel like premium professional education, not social media content and not a generic AI video demo. The target audience is: Healthcare professionals and trained users of medical aesthetic devices. The videos should feel: Professional Clear Modern Premium Educational Technically accurate Easy to follow Visually engaging Appropriate for healthcare professionals The goal is not to make the videos "look AI-generated." The goal is to use AI and modern production tools to create a better training experience. Presenter / Character We are open to different creative approaches. The final videos may use: An AI presenter A virtual trainer An animated guide A recurring visual character Voice-over with no presenter A combination of these approaches We will decide this together based on what works best for the content and overall training experience. We are looking for someone who can recommend the best approach, rather than simply follow a fixed template. Example of the Work Our scripts contain detailed instructions such as: Show the device Highlight a specific button or component Demonstrate the startup sequence Show the treatment menu Highlight specific treatment parameters Demonstrate handpiece selection Explain a treatment workflow Show device screens and user interface Explain safety steps Demonstrate disposable tip handling We expect you to translate these instructions into a clear visual experience using the assets we provide, AI-generated elements, animation, screen demonstrations, voice-over, and editing. The current training series contains five modules, and we expect to build many more. We currently have approximately 12 different devices/products that will require similar training content. This means there is significant potential for ongoing work for the right creator. Paid Test Project We will begin with one paid test video. The purpose of the test is to evaluate both your production quality and your ability to independently transform a professional training script into a finished video. The test should demonstrate the complete production workflow: Script → visual concept → production → voice-over → animation → editing → final video We are not looking for a rough proof of concept. We want to see what you would actually deliver to a professional client. If the test is successful, we expect to continue with a larger series of training videos and potentially an ongoing production relationship. NDA & Confidentiality NDA REQUIRED Because this project involves proprietary medical device information, training scripts, product materials, and unpublished content, the selected freelancer will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving full project materials. All project materials, source files, scripts, product information, technical information, and outputs will be treated as confidential. AI Tools and Confidential Information Please disclose which AI platforms and third-party services you intend to use. Do not upload confidential project materials to any AI platform or third-party service without our prior approval. We may require specific workflows for handling proprietary content, source materials, and project files. Accuracy & Professional Standards Accuracy matters. This is professional healthcare training content. You will not be expected to create, modify, or approve clinical claims independently. Our team will provide the approved content and technical guidance. Your responsibility is to translate that content into a high-quality educational video without inventing, changing, or embellishing technical or clinical information. You should be comfortable working through multiple review rounds and incorporating precise technical feedback. Long-Term Opportunity We are not looking for someone to create one video and disappear.
