Professional Photo Editor Needed – Weddings, Bar Mitzvahs & High-End Events

am a professional event photographer specializing in weddings, bar mitzvahs, and upscale private events. I am looking for an experienced photo editor for an ongoing, long-term collaboration. Responsibilities: Receive RAW image files. Perform light culling if needed. Professionally edit and color-correct images. Deliver final images in high-resolution, high-quality JPEG format. Requirements: Strong expertise in Lightroom and/or Photoshop. Proven experience editing event photography. Excellent understanding of color correction, exposure, sharpness, skin tones, and overall image consistency. Ability to use modern AI tools intelligently when they genuinely improve workflow and quality, while maintaining a natural and professional look. Deliver images that remain sharp, detailed, and clean even when zoomed in. Strong artistic eye and ability to enhance images while respecting the photographer's style. Turnaround Time: Preferred delivery within 2–3 days after receiving the files. Budget: $100–$150 per event depending on volume and quality.
