We’re a Real Estate Photography team looking for a long-term, professional real estate photography editor with vast industry experience in residential/commercial/luxury real estate image editing. It is important that you are meeting our editing style standards as closely as possible, have great attention to detail, and maintain image-quality consistently over time - Here are a few samples of our previous shoots: [skylightmediacompany.com/portfolio] What We’re After: - HDR/Flambient Photo Enhancement, Hybrid-Method - (Applying Flambient editing technique to images, eliminating color casts, exposure correction) - White Balancing – Natural, polished tones - Hand Blended Ceiling Lighting (Consistent, balanced white tones - please remove as much shadow as possible ) - Lens Correction & Image Clarity/Sharpness Enhancement - Crisp, clear details - Professional Color Grading for each image (Not applying same preset to all images) - Natural Wood Tones (Not too orange) - Straightening – Vertical & horizontal alignment - Quality of edited images to stay consistent over time Interior Image Expectations: - Replace/fix all overexposed lights*** - Replace burnt out lights - Remove any lighting glares from ceilings/walls/floors/objects - Remove unwanted shadows from ceilings/walls/floors - Remove obvious scuffs/marks from ceilings, walls or furniture - Remove stains, footprints, or furniture indents from carpets/rugs - Remove smudges/cleaning streaks/or splatter marks from all mirrors, windows, shower doors, kitchen appliances, etc - De-wrinkle blankets, bedsheets/pillows, couches/pillows, carpets/rugs, hanging towels, curtains, etc - Remove visible electrical wires/cables - Remove window blind cords - Remove unwanted objects (trash cans, unnecessary items on top of furniture/tables/desk surfaces, clutter on kitchen counters, bins/boxes, kid/pet’s toys, cleaning supplies, etc) - Window Replacement (if needed) - TV Screen Replacement (black screens preferred) - Fireplace Replacement & ambient effects - Basement/Attic/Garage storage area cleanup - remove unnecessary objects from floor space Exterior Image Expectations: - Sky Replacement - Pool Cleanup - Lawn Replacement/Green Grass edits (preferably not neon green/too vibrant) - Remove unwanted objects from lawn (dead leaves/branches, lawn/garden tools, etc) - Removal of power lines - Remove unwanted objects from driveway (cars, trash cans, people, etc) - Aerial/Drone Image Enhancement We Will Provide: - RAW, bracketed image files - Interior, exterior, and drone images Occasionally Will Require: - Virtual Staging - 360° Tour image edits + Virtual Staging - Day to Dusk/Twilight image edits - Virtual Twilight image edits - Property Outlines for drone images Delivery Preferences: - 12-24 hour delivery period - High-resolution, JPEGs preferred If Interested, Please Provide: - How much you charge per photo? - Do you offer bundled image rates?
