Professional Redesign of Existing A4 Flyer/Brochure

Looking for a graphic designer to recreate and improve an existing A4 marketing leaflet. The leaflet already exists as an image file. The original editable source file is not available. The selected designer will need to recreate the leaflet and improve its overall visual appearance. Important: All text content already exists and has been finalized. No copywriting, editing, rewriting or content creation is required. The existing text should simply be reproduced in the new design and arranged in a more professional and visually appealing manner. Scope of work: • Recreate the existing A4 leaflet from an image reference • Replicate all existing text content exactly as provided • Improve the overall visual quality and professionalism • Modernize the layout while maintaining the existing structure and messaging • Improve typography, spacing, hierarchy, alignment and readability • Enhance graphic elements and visual impact • Keep the existing logo colour palette while introducing lighter pink and lilac accents (female cycling team). • Replace 2 photographs that will be provided after selection • Prepare a print-ready version suitable for professional printing • Deliver an editable source file (Canva preferred) Important: • The leaflet and photographs will be shared only with shortlisted candidates • No public sharing of photographs is permitted • The successful freelancer will not be expected to create content, conduct research or write marketing copy • This is a graphic design and layout project only Please include in your proposal: • Examples of brochures, leaflets, flyers, presentations or marketing materials you have designed • Your fixed-price quotation • Estimated delivery time • Number of revision rounds included • Preferred design software
