Professional Revit Template, Title Block & BIM Standards Setup for BIM BUILD PIONEER

We are looking for an experienced Revit/BIM professional to create a professional BIM company template for BIM BUILD PIONEER. Scope of Work: 1. Create a professional Revit Title Block including: - BIM BUILD PIONEER logo - Company information - Project information fields - Revision and approval fields 2. Create a Revit Project Template (.RTE) including: - View Templates - Sheet Templates - Standard Project Browser Organization - Annotation Standards - Basic BIM Standards Setup 3. Configure the template to be ready for future architectural, structural, and MEP projects. Deliverables: - Revit Template (.RTE) - Editable Title Block Family (.RFA) - Sample Project File demonstrating the setup - Short explanation of the template structure Requirements: - Strong Revit experience - Previous BIM Template and Title Block creation experience - Ability to deliver a clean and professional setup Please provide examples of similar BIM/Revit template work if available. Budget is fixed for this initial setup project.
