Project Title: Professional 3D Scale Model Design: Mercedes-Benz Tourismo for 3D Printing (13.6 cm / 1:43 & 1:24 Scales) Project Description: I am a Master Scale Model Architect looking for a highly skilled industrial designer to reconstruct a fully optimized, 100% printable 3D bus model (Initial prototype: Mercedes-Benz Tourismo RHD) under two separate professional scales: 1:43 Scale and 1:24 Scale. This is NOT for video games; the file must be modeled explicitly as a Watertight Solid Mesh (Monoblok) tailored for high-fidelity SLA resin printing on the Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra. Strict Technical Requirements: 1. Precise Scale & Length: - For the 1:43 Scale, the final model length must be exactly 13.6 cm (136.00 mm) to perfectly fit the official HO layout standards. - For the 1:24 Scale, the final model must be perfectly and proportionally upscale based on the exact factory blueprints. Wheelbase, width, and height ratios must be completely flawless. 2. Integrated Fixed-Wheel Topology: The wheels, rims, and tires must be completely integrated and statically fixed directly onto the main chassis mesh as a single solid piece. For the 1:43 version, the wheel arches and axle dimensions must be physically compatible with RIETZE / AWM scale model bus components. (NO loose separate axle pins). 3. Wall Thickness & Durability: The entire body frame for both scales must have a uniform, solid wall thickness of exactly 2.20 mm to prevent warping, bending, and shrinkage during post-curing. 4. Clean Interlocking Split (Tailored for Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra Build Volume): - The 1:43 Scale model must be cleanly split into 2 separate interlocking blocks along the factory panel lines. - The 1:24 Scale model must be cleanly split into 3 separate interlocking segments along the vertical window pillars to fit the build plate volume (218.88 x 122.88 x 220 mm) without warping. - All joint sections must feature automated male/female connector sockets with a precise 0.20 mm tolerance gap for a seamless snap-fit assembly without loose pins. 5. Deliverables: Native, fully editable 3ds Max (.max) source files and slicing-ready watertight STL structures for both 1:43 and 1:24 scales. 6. 5. No Interior & Clear Window Indents Required (NO Flat Panels): - This model must have NO interior details (NO seats, NO dashboard, NO steering wheel). - The window areas must NOT be flat with the body mesh. All windows, pillars, and window frames must be modeled with realistic depth and clean indents, exactly like standard scale model kits. - You must deliver TWO distinct exterior variations based on this indented window design: Variation A: Realistic body mesh with external side mirrors included. Variation B: Same indented window structure, but optimized specifically for high-fidelity mirror-chrome dekal sheet application on the window sections. Note: Please check the official dimensions and blueprint ratios before bidding. Milestone payments will only be released after the mesh is verified for structural integrity in 3ds Max rendering.
