Professional Team Photos and Headshots

We're looking for a photographer to take professional headshots and a group photo for our organization's new state officer team. The details: Date: July 18th Location: Berkeley, CA Group size: 5 people Deliverables: 5 individual headshots (one look, clean background) plus several group/team photos with a few different poses and setups (e.g. a formal lineup, a more relaxed/candid version, maybe one with a different backdrop or angle) Session length: Should take about 1-2 hours on-site What we're looking for: - Experience with corporate or professional headshots (not modeling or event photography) - Comfortable directing a small group and getting people to relax in front of the camera - Basic photo editing/retouching included (color correction, minor touch-ups) - Digital delivery of final high-resolution images within about a week of the shoot A bit about us: We're the collegiate division of California FBLA, a nonprofit that helps college students build professional and leadership skills. These photos will be used for our website, social media, and internal materials to introduce our new officer team. Budget: $300-$500 for the full session, depending on experience and turnaround time. If you have a portfolio link with similar headshot or corporate work, please include it with your proposal.
