I am looking for an experienced video editor to help create engaging, high-quality educational science videos for a YouTube-style channel. The content will be focused on explaining complex science topics in a simple, entertaining, and easy-to-understand way ("Science for Dummies" style). The goal is to make educational content that feels fun, modern, and visually engaging. I will provide: * Voiceover/audio files * Script * Reference Video **Type STORY for the first word so I know you read it :)** You will handle: * Full video editing * Finding/adding relevant visuals, stock footage, animations, diagrams, and graphics * Creating smooth pacing and engaging storytelling * Sound design (music, effects, transitions) Video Style I’m Looking For: Think: * Modern educational YouTube channels * Fast-paced but easy to follow * Clean animations and visuals * Frequent visual changes to keep attention Requirements: * Strong understanding of pacing and audience retention * Ability to turn a script into an engaging visual story * Experience with motion graphics/After Effects is a big plus * Good communication and ability to take feedback Project Details: * Video length: 8–12 minutes each * Looking for a long-term editor if we are a good fit When applying, please include: 1.
