Professional YouTube Video Editor Needed – Police Encounters / Body Cam Style (Long-Form) I'm looking for an experienced YouTube video editor who can create highly engaging, retention-focused videos in the police interaction and body camera niche. The videos will typically be 12–15 minutes long and will feature real police encounters, body cam footage, dash cam footage, and public interactions. The goal is to transform raw footage into compelling stories that keep viewers watching from beginning to end. What I'm Looking For You should have experience editing YouTube videos that are designed for high audience retention. Your editing should include: Strong storytelling and pacing. Professional cuts that eliminate dead space. Zooms, motion graphics, callouts, and emphasis where appropriate. Captions and text overlays to highlight important moments. Sound design that enhances suspense and impact. Background music that fits the tone without overpowering the dialogue. Color correction when needed. Smooth transitions and polished finishing touches. The finished videos should feel similar to successful police/body cam channels on YouTube—fast-paced, cinematic, and engaging while allowing the real footage to tell the story. Requirements Proven experience editing YouTube content. Excellent understanding of viewer retention. Ability to source royalty-free music and sound effects. Fluent English.
