We are seeking a skilled designer to create professional Word documents and DocuSign templates. The ideal candidate will have experience in Word document design and template creation, ensuring consistency and quality in all outputs. Responsibilities include designing visually appealing documents, creating reusable templates, and ensuring compatibility with DocuSign. Attention to detail and creativity are essential. is is more than just a basic header/footer setup — we want a polished, reusable business document framework that can be used for: Policies Procedures Statements of Work (SOWs) Proposals Agreements Internal documentation Client-facing documents Scope Phase 1 — Microsoft Word Template Create a professionally designed Microsoft Word template that includes: Cover page Branded headers/footers Consistent typography/styles Table styles Heading hierarchy Auto table of contents Callout/info boxes Approval/signature sections Page numbering/versioning Reusable layouts and content sections Easy-to-edit formatting for future documents The template should look modern, clean, professional, and easy for non-designers to use internally.
