We are seeking a skilled designer to create professional Word documents and DocuSign templates. The ideal candidate will have experience in Word document design and template creation, ensuring consistency and quality in all outputs. Responsibilities include designing visually appealing documents, creating reusable templates, and ensuring compatibility with DocuSign. Attention to detail and creativity are essential. is is more than just a basic header/footer setup — we want a polished, reusable business document framework that can be used for: Policies Procedures Statements of Work (SOWs) Proposals Agreements Internal documentation Client-facing documents Scope Phase 1 — Microsoft Word Template Create a professionally designed Microsoft Word template that includes: Cover page Branded headers/footers Consistent typography/styles Table styles Heading hierarchy Auto table of contents Callout/info boxes Approval/signature sections Page numbering/versioning Reusable layouts and content sections Easy-to-edit formatting for future documents The template should look modern, clean, professional, and easy for non-designers to use internally. We will provide: Branding/logo Brand colours Existing example documents Content examples Phase 2 — DocuSign Template Using the same structure/design style, create a reusable DocuSign template that we can duplicate and fill out later. This should include: Signature fields Initial fields Date fields Text input areas Reusable placeholders Logical signing flow/layout Requirements Experience designing professional business documents Strong Microsoft Word formatting/template skills Experience with DocuSign templates/workflows Good eye for clean corporate design Ability to create templates that are easy to maintain internally To Apply Please provide: Examples of similar document/template work Experience with DocuSign Estimated timeframe Potential for ongoing work for additional branded documentation and templates.
