PROGRAM ASSISTANT TikTok Creator Partnerships Type: Contract Hours: 20 hours/week Location: Remote About the Role We're building a large-scale TikTok creator partnership program: a network of 250+ creators who post content on our behalf multiple times per month. We're looking for a Program Assistant to own end-to-end execution of this program: from outreach and negotiation through content approval, compensation, and performance reporting. This is a highly operational role. You'll be the connective tissue between creators and our internal team, keeping hundreds of moving pieces organized, communicating externally with professionalism and warmth, and flagging issues before they become problems. What You'll Do Outreach & negotiation: Manage creator outreach, back-and-forth logistics, and rate/deliverable negotiations at scale Status tracking: Maintain diligent, up-to-date tracking across every stage of the creator pipeline (outreach → negotiation → contract → content → payment), and proactively follow up so nothing stalls Content validation: Review and approve creator content drafts against brand and campaign guidelines before posting Contracts & compensation: Send, organize, and track creator agreements; coordinate and process creator compensation on schedule Reporting: Build and maintain reporting on program health: creator status, content output, spend, and performance for internal stakeholders Escalation: Identify corner cases, disputes, or at-risk relationships and escalate to the internal team with clear context What We're Looking For Availability: 20 hours/week (with possible extension as program expands), with flexibility to handle time-sensitive creator communications; working hours within 7am-3pm PT Communication: Fluent English with polished, professional written communication as you'll be representing our brand directly to external creators Tools: Experienced with Google Sheets, Airtable, Linear, Slack, and TikTok; comfortable picking up new tools quickly Organization: Extremely diligent and organized: this program only works if nothing falls through the cracks across these 100+ concurrent relationships Reporting: Proven experience building and maintaining tracking systems and reporting dashboard Judgment: Able to independently manage routine negotiations and approvals, while knowing when something needs to be escalated Mandatory Experience Prior experience coordinating large-scale influencer/creator programs, specifically for TikTok Experience with or adjacent to a consumer marketing team (customer support, marketing operations, project coordination, etc)
