Program Designer & Development Consultant – Youth Entrepreneurship Initiative

We are seeking an experienced Program Designer and Development Consultant to help transform an existing youth entrepreneurship initiative into a comprehensive, funder-ready, partner-ready program model. Our organization has already developed the vision, mission, goals, curriculum topics, and overall concept. We are looking for a professional who can organize, strengthen, and package everything into a complete program framework that can be used to secure funding, engage strategic partners, recruit facilitators, and guide implementationProject Deliverables: Design a complete end-to-end program framework. Develop a professional program guide that clearly communicates the initiative from recruitment through completion. Create a program logic model and implementation roadmap. Develop a staffing and organizational structure, including recommended roles and responsibilities. Create an evaluation framework, including participant demographics, data collection tools, success metrics, and program outcomes. Develop a budget framework, including projected program expenses, staffing costs, events, materials, and potential funding categories. Create a partnership and stakeholder engagement framework. Organize the curriculum into a professional program structure. (Curriculum content has already been developed by our team.) Identify opportunities to strengthen the overall participant experience and program delivery. Provide recommendations for sustainability and future growth. The final product should be a polished, professional document that can be used with foundations, corporate sponsors, school districts, community organizations, and other funding partners. Ideal Candidate Experience designing nonprofit or educational programs Grant writing and grant readiness experience Program evaluation and outcomes measurement Budget development Strong writing and visual presentation skills Experience creating funder-ready program documents Excellent communication and ability to collaborate throughout the project This is a short-term project with an expected completion timeline of approximately 30-60 days. We are looking for someone who can take our vision and transform it into a professional, scalable program that is ready for implementation and long-term growth.
