Program Manager for Online Coaching Programs for a Mental Fitness Training Company

We are looking for a Program Manager to manage our in platform curriculum, community, event calendar, expert faculty, and administrative tech around setting up our live webinars and events. Someone to manage our online programs we have around business and mindset. We already have a tech team, marketing lead and an in-house team running content and curriculum. What we need is someone who is highly organized and able to do administrative tasks like setting up zoom calls, loading up content into the backend so our members are aware of new events and content, posting in the community to engage our members, drafting and scheduling emails with members and faculty, and possibly more related to the administrative side of your work. This is an hourly contractor role focused on member experience, faculty communication and administrative tasks supporting your role. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE • Comfortable doing administrative tasks that support your role (Logging into the CMS or LMS to update member-facing information and content). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • 100% fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) • Team/Interpersonal skills to collaborate with our high performing team • Warm, energetic, professional. • Strong attention to detail and high reliability — events start on time, end on time, and run smoothly • Able to stay calm and adaptive in a fast paced environment • Operating effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments ADDITIONAL VALUABLE SKILLS • Experience in coaching, education, or personal development environments • Familiarity with HubSpot, Kajabi, Slack, WhatsApp, or other team collaboration tools • Experience using AI tools (Claude, GPT, etc.) to prep for events, draft talking points, or summarize sessions • Light technical troubleshooting skills (helping a member who can't unmute, fixing audio issues mid-call, etc.) DELIVERABLES You will be responsible for our online coaching programs and end to end administrative work supporting it to provide a world-class member experience. • Communicating with expert faculty coaches to make sure they have what they need to help train our members. • Communicate with our ambassadors who can help you engage the community and live events. • Reviewing our programs, content, and curriculum to support the improvement of the offering. • Showing up reliably, prepared, and on-brand every single time. • Some light community management to ensure the programs are running well. ROLE STRUCTURE This is an hourly contractor role with potential for full time. WHO SHOULD APPLY?
