Program Strategist & Curriculum Developer for High-Ticket Financial Services Program
Worldwide
About the Role We're building Credit to Capital™ Implementation, a premium, hands-on program that teaches entrepreneurs how to build their own Capital Advisory Firm in 180 days. Students learn credit optimization, business funding readiness, and capital strategy, then use that expertise to launch and scale their own financial services business. We're looking for a strategist — not just a content writer — who has built high-ticket courses or implementation programs before and understands how to structure a premium offer so it delivers (and feels) like a $15K transformation, not a $6.5K info-course. This is not a "record some videos and organize a folder" job. We need someone who thinks about program architecture, client outcomes, and perceived value at every step. What We Need Help With 1. Curriculum & Program Architecture - Full course curriculum map across our four program phases (Build Your Business → Become a Capital Advisor → Get Clients → Scale Your Company) - Module and lesson breakdowns with clear learning objectives - Student assignments, worksheets, and action steps for each phase - Build a certification people are proud to earn. (Not a printable certificate. A real designation tied to demonstrated competency.) - Weekly implementation calendar / roadmap - Student progress milestones and completion tracking 2. Premium Positioning & Offer Strategy - Review our current offer and identify where structure/deliverables need to be elevated to justify high-ticket pricing - Define specific added-value deliverables (e.g., strategy sessions, business-in-a-box assets, ongoing support touchpoints) - Advise on client milestones and success metrics that reinforce premium positioning - Ensure the delivery experience is scalable and repeatable as we grow 3. Systems & Structure - Course portal layout and structure (we're on Skool) - Organization of our "Business in a Box™" assets — CRM snapshot, sales scripts, marketing templates, client agreements, SOP library, funding/credit workflows, AI prompt library, email/SMS templates, onboarding systems - Student onboarding flow and launch checklist Ideal Candidate: You've built (or significantly contributed to) at least one of the following: - High-ticket coaching or implementation programs - Business opportunity or entrepreneur-focused curriculum - Financial services, credit, funding, or business consulting programs Bonus if you understand credit repair, business funding, capital advisory, or high-ticket coaching offer creation. Platform familiarity with Skool is a plus (that's what we use); experience with Kajabi, GoHighLevel, Thinkific, or Teachable also welcome. Collaboration: You'll work directly with the two co-founders of Credit to Capital To Apply, Please Share - Examples of high-ticket courses or implementation programs you've helped build - Your process for turning subject-matter expertise into structured curriculum - Your estimated timeline for a project of this scope - Any experience refining an offer for a price increase (e.g., taking a program from $X to a premium tier)
